  • The Chrome.apk will be downloaded, now click Install.
  • Once Installed, click Done.
  • A pop-up will open showing you the location where the apk file was downloaded. In order to save space on the FireStick, we want to delete the temporary apk files. So here click Delete twice to remove the apk file.

  7. I’ve been using Google for sometime with my Firestick, per your excellent instructions. However due to another issue, Amazon had me reset to Factory Default. (Never again!)

    When I now try to install again I get an error that my connection is interrupted. I know it isn’t plus I’m on ethernet.

    Any suggestions? (I hate Silk)
